The Company

CKT Engineering has been in business for 10 years, during which time we have grown steadily, through our expertise in the design and manufacture of Aircraft Exhaust Systems.

Our company supplies manufacturers throughout the world, including Britten-Norman Aircraft in the UK, for whom we also manufacture Aircraft Seats and other special components. We are also an 'official' supplier to the British Army 'Watch Keeper' project.

We have an extensive Make-To-Print customer base, for which we operate a full Sub-Contract manufacturing service. Our target customers are UAV manufacturers and Ultra Light/LSA manufacturers.

Facilities & Services

Our core business includes Pipe and Tube manipulation using our Pines Hydraulic Bender, which has a capacity of 3/4in. to 3in diameter, working in Stainless Steel, Titanium and Aluminium.

We also supply Tube Fabrications, using our own NADCAP Approved Welders, with our Toolroom making any Jigs, Tools or Fixtures.

We have a good range of Flypresses and a 50 Tonne Hydraulic Press, for which we manufacture our own Tooling. We also use tooling supplied by our customers.

If you have any ‘legacy’ spares requirements, CKT Engineering would be more than happy to quote for small batch spares work. We would use our own, fully traceable, raw materials or work from customers ‘Free- issue’.

Supply Chain Management

This enables us to offer raw materials sourcing from around the world, World-Class CNC Machining of components and, finally, NDT & Testing to NADCAP Standards plus Treatments and Painting companies (all at AS9100/9120).
