The Company

The Company has been in business for 9 years, during  which  time  it  has  grown  steadily through  its  expertise  in  the  design  and manufacture of Aircraft Exhaust Systems. This side of  the business continues today, supplying manufacturers throughout the World, including in  the  U.K,  Britten-Norman  Aircraft  Ltd.,  for whom we also manufacture Aircraft Seats and other special components

We also have an extensive Make-To-Print customer  base,  for  which  we  operate  a  full Sub-Contract manufacturing service.

Facilities & Services

We  have  recently  moved  more  and  more  into Pipe  and  Tube  manipulation  using  our  Pines Hydraulic  Bender,  with  a  capacity  of  3/4in.  to 3in  diameter,  working  in  Stainless  Steel, Titanium  and  Aluminium.

We  also  supply Tube  Fabrications,  using  our  own  CAA Approved  Welders,  with  our  Toolroom making any Jigs, Tools or Fixtures.

We  have  a  good  range  of  Flypresses  and  a  50 Tonne  Hydraulic  Press,  for  which  we manufacture  our  own  Tooling  or  can  use Customer’s supplied tooling.

We  are  particularly  interested  in  any  ‘legacy’ spares  requirements  your  company  may  have. We  are  more  than  happy  to  quote  for  small batch  spares  work,  using  our  own  supplied, fully  traceable  raw  materials  or  from  ‘Free- issue’.

Supply Chain Management

Additional  facilities  are  available  via  our membership of Devon Aerospace Group.

This  enables  us  to  offer  from  within  our Group,  Raw  Materials  sourcing  from  around the  World,  World-Class,  CNC  Machining  ofcomponents  and  finally  NDT  &  Testing  to NADCAP  Standards  plus  Treatments  and Painting, all at AS9100/9120 companies
